I'm very please with the way this company handled my AC maintenance call. They showed up on time and at my door steps. He indicated and fixed issues that could have been triggering my wife asthma. Now we are breathing a better environment. He explained every step of the way and also indicated what needed to be replaced. I would recommend this company as they are out there to be on your side and give you the best service.
Michael was on time, courteous and respectful. He took his time to explain in detail what he did to service my heating system. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before the job was completed. He cleaned up after himself and replaced parts that I had no idea that needed fixing. He also had checked my water heater as a courtesy and explained what needed to be replaced. He provided me with a detailed estimate of the work completed and the work that needed to be done with my water heater. I will be using Comfort Control for all my HVAC needs in the future and I can highly recommend Micheal and his services.

Michael, the owner of the business was very professional. He responded back to me quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me all my options concerning my malfunctioning boiler. After our in home appointment I received a detailed estimate for the job. He arrived on time and did an excellent job removing my old boiler and installing a new heating system. I have contracted him again to do additional cooling installation. My experience with this company was great and I highly recommend them.
Comfort Control Heating and Cooling just recently replaced my mother’s outdated boiler and installed an energy saving new model. The lead technician Mike was extremely knowledgeable & helpful throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained the details of the job to my mom before getting started. Overall, I was impressed with how professional and efficient he was, and I’m thankful my mom found this company, as it’s one less thing she needs to worry about for her home. Highly recommend!
Comfort Control Heating and Cooling just performed a seasonal cleaning of our AC unit. Our AC hasn’t been serviced in about 15 years, as we did not realize that it needed yearly cleanings. It turned out that the unit was filled with mold and debris, which we have been unknowingly breathing in all these years. The service technician was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire unit and ran a systems test to make sure everything was working properly. I’m so thankful this issue has been resolved for our health and we have signed up for routine cleanings/maintenance to ensure it doesn’t happen again. The technician was extremely kind and knowledgeable, I’m happy we chose this company.
I contacted Mike after I received a first quote from a different HVAC company, the other company wanted close to $14,000 to repair and replace the HVAC unit. I contacted Mike and he said do not agree to anything till he come over to see the unit. Mike did just that the next day he came over checked the United outside and immediately found the issue. The wire had been cut in the unit. Mike not only solved and repaired the issue, but saved me thousands of dollar in the process. I value honesty, hard work, and great customer service. Mike embodies all those qualities and more. That is why I wouldn’t trust anyone else for HVAC work at my house.
Mike installed a demonstration heat pump system in our trade school. He did an outstanding job installing the equipment, and communicating about the product.
The guys at comfort control arrived timely and repaired my boiler making sure that it works for the winter. Would recommend 10/10.
